How customizable is the NexusYMS system?

NexusYMS offers various feature-rich solutions that can accommodate both larger campuses and smaller yards, allowing NexusYMS to meet the needs of any given site or customer – whether it’s for those operating smaller yards in need of affordable pricing, or larger enterprises looking for multi-yard management.

How user-friendly is the NexusYMS software?

Because we have worked in yards, we know how difficult this can be, so we have gone to great lengths to design the system to be intuitive and user-friendly. For example, we work closely with Lazer’s boots on the ground (i.e., those providing the transportation services and yard management operations that NexusYMS is intended to support), ensuring we are meeting their needs via intuitive interfaces and workflows that make their jobs easier.

How long does it take to implement NexusYMS at one location? 

It depends on the site and the NexusYMS features and capabilities being deployed, as this can include different and more or fewer complex features and integrations. Typically, the training and onboarding process is intended to have sites go live in less than a month from the initial onboarding training.  

What kind of training is offered during implementation?

Before the go-live week, multiple virtual training sessions will be provided. Depending on the site, certain deployments will additionally include in-person, onsite training. NexusYMS additionally includes in-app guidance and training, as well.

What kind of support is offered after implementation?

The customer support help desk is available Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM EST.  Additionally, each customer/site will be assigned an Application Support Specialist, responsible for making regular check-ins.  After-hours support is available, depending on the implemented NexusYMS tier, and support tickets can be submitted at any time via the helpdesk support portal.
